Retail Sales Associate (Early Morning) - Ridgeway Center

About the role

We’re looking for a Retail Sales Associate to join our Early Morning team at Ridgeway Center. As a Brand Associate, you’ll engage and connect with our customers, providing excellent service and education to build brand loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Treat all customers and employees with respect and maintain a positive work environment.
• Promote loyalty through participation in our loyalty programs.
• Engage with customers to drive sales and service using suggestive selling techniques.
• Enhance the customer experience through all omnichannel offerings.
• Support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, and back of house operations as needed.
• Maintain a neat and organized work area.
• Handle customer interactions and returns courteously and professionally.
• Execute operational processes effectively and efficiently.

Requirements

• A good communicator with the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
• A customer-focused service provider both on and off the sales floor.
• Passionate about retail and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• A problem solver with a focus on continuous improvement, open to feedback, and willing to take action.
• Able to work flexible schedules, including evenings, overnight, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to use retail technology and maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom, and office.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills.
• Customer service orientation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills, including retail technology.

Pay

The hourly range is $17.00 - $17.50. Employee pay will vary based on qualifications, experience, skill level, and work location.

Schedule

Flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holiday, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts.
