Retail Sales Associate (Early Morning) - Commons (The) - WV

About the role

We’re looking for a Brand Associate to join our Early Morning Retail Sales team at Commons (The), located at 172 Retail Commons Pkwy, Martinsburg, WV, US 25402. As a key member of our team, you’ll be responsible for engaging and connecting with our customers, providing excellent customer service, and driving sales through a best-in-class omni-channel experience.

Responsibilities

• Treat all customers and employees with respect and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Promote loyalty by educating customers about our loyalty programs.
• Seek out and engage with customers to drive sales and service using suggestive selling.
• Enhance customer experience using all omnichannel offerings.
• Be accountable to personal goals which contribute to overall store goals and results.
• Support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, back of house, as required.
• Maintain a neat, clean and organized work center.
• Handle all customer interactions and potential issues courteously and professionally.
• Execute operational processes effectively and efficiently.

• Able to maneuver around sales floor, stockroom and office and lift up to 30 lbs.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $15.00 - $18.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Schedule

This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling to meet the needs of the business, including holiday, evening, overnight and weekend shifts.
