Retail Sales Associate (Early Morning) - Butler Plaza West

About the role

We’re looking for a Retail Sales Associate to join our Early Morning team at Butler Plaza West. As a Brand Associate, you’ll play a key role in bringing our brand to life for our customers. Your responsibilities include:

• Treating all customers and employees with respect and contributing to a positive work environment.
• Promoting loyalty by educating customers about our loyalty programs.
• Selling products through suggestive selling techniques.
• Enhancing customer experience using all omnichannel offerings.
• Supporting sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, and back of house activities as needed.
• Maintaining a neat, clean, and organized work center.
• Handling customer interactions and returns courteously and professionally.
• Executing operational processes effectively and efficiently.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should:

• Be a good communicator with the ability to interact effectively with customers and your team.
• Have a passion for retail and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Be a problem solver with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Able to work flexible schedules, including evenings, overnight, weekends, and holidays.
• Be able to use retail technology.
• Able to navigate the sales floor, stockroom, and office and lift up to 30 lbs.

Qualifications

Qualifications for this position include:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of retail operations and procedures.

Pay

The hourly rate for this position is $15.00 per hour.
