Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service, especially in fulfilling online orders.
• Accurately pack, organize, and label customer products.
• Engage with customers to educate them about the brands North 40 sells.
• Utilize various computer systems to process orders and manage inventory.
• Maintain a fast‑paced work environment while staying detailed and focused.
• Lift and carry merchandise according to proper techniques (0‑15 lb continuously, 15‑50 lb frequently, 50‑55 lb occasionally, team lift over 55 lb).
• Spend the majority of work time on feet, using ladders, rolling staircases, and pallet jacks as needed.

Schedule

This full‑time position requires flexibility to work all scheduled shifts between the business hours of Monday‑Saturday 7 am – 8 pm and Sunday 9 am – 5 pm, including weekends, certain holidays, and occasional schedule adjustments based on business needs.
