In addition to competitive pay, team members earn commission on wellness plan sales, with the potential to make $500+ in monthly incentives. What You’ll Do Guide clients through our proven sales process and introduce them to the Elements Wellness ProgramBuild strong relationships that create loyal, long-term clientsDeliver exceptional customer service at every touchpointTurn feedback—even challenges—into positive, memorable experiences What We’re Looking For A natural communicator who not only connects easily, but listens with intentionSomeone who thrives in a goal-driven, sales-focused environmentA positive, solutions-oriented mindsetAbility to handle client concerns with professionalism, empathy, and careA genuine passion for wellness and helping others feel their best Responsibilities & Duties Create an exceptional customer experience for every client, every time they walk through our doorsEducate clients on the benefits of the Elements Wellness Program, our simple, hassle-free membershipConfidently follow our proven sales process to enroll clients in the Elements Wellness ProgramServe as both the first and last impression of the studio, delivering warm, professional hospitality in person and over the phoneEnsure all appointment paperwork and payment processing is accurate, efficient, and seamlessCollaborate with Managers and Service Providers to maintain a supportive, team-driven environment where the client experience is always the top priority Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or a client-facing role preferredProven ability to meet or exceed sales goals in a performance-driven environmentStrong communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport quicklyComfortable discussing services, pricing, and memberships with confidenceExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environmentProfessional, positive attitude with a solutions-focused mindsetAvailability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysBasic computer skills and comfort using booking or POS systemsPassion for wellness and helping others feel their best ©2023 Elements Therapeutic Massage, LLC (“ETM”).
