We are seeking a Part-Time Conventional Fishing Associate to join our dynamic team in Great Falls, MT. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of our company while enjoying a fulfilling career.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and generate sales
• Suggest products and merchandise the department
• Maintain a clean and organized department
• Safeguard company assets
• Work flexible hours between Mon-Sat 7 am to 7 pm, and Sunday 9 am to 5 pm, including weekends and holidays
• Perform tasks independently or as part of a team
• Supply guests with exceptional customer service
• Communicate effectively with customers
• Multitask and prioritize tasks
• Work in a fast-paced environment
• Lift and carry items weighing up to 65 lbs.
• Stand for extended periods

Qualifications

• Experience with conventional fishing equipment, lures, hooks, bait, and local fishing areas
• Knowledge of various rod & reel techniques
• Previous merchandising experience is helpful
• Understanding of correct lifting and loading techniques
• Willingness to train and educate customers on North 40 products
