About the role

As a Brand Associate, you’ll bring our brand to life by delivering excellent customer service that builds loyalty. You’ll use your product expertise to educate, inspire, and style customers, collaborating with your team to create a best-in-class omni-channel experience.

Responsibilities

• Treat all customers and employees with respect, fostering a positive work environment.
• Educate customers about our loyalty programs to promote engagement.
• Drive sales and service by proactively engaging customers with suggestive selling.
• Enhance the customer experience using all omnichannel tools and offerings.
• Meet personal sales goals that contribute to overall store performance.
• Support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, and back-of-house operations as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area.
• Handle customer interactions, including returns, courteously and professionally.
• Execute operational processes accurately and efficiently.

• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Customer-focused mindset, delivering exceptional service both on and off the sales floor.
• Passion for retail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving skills with a commitment to continuous improvement and learning.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, evenings, overnights, and weekends.
• Ability to use retail technology and systems.
• Physical ability to move around the sales floor, stockroom, and office, and lift up to 30 lbs.

Pay

Hourly range: $16.00 – $16.50. Pay varies based on qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies, and work location. We meet or exceed the minimum wage based on city, county, and state requirements.
