What You’ll Do Promote and sell the Elements Wellness Program using a proven, client‑centered processBuild long‑term client relationships and support retentionProvide a professional, welcoming experience at check‑in and check‑outProcess payments and appointments accurately and efficientlyCommunicate clearly with clients, therapists, and managersSupport internal and external marketing and promotional effortsMaintain studio cleanliness and uphold brand standardsManage and follow up with leads to generate appointments and membership opportunities Qualifications and Skills Prior in‑person sales experience required (membership or service‑based sales preferred)Strong communication skills with a professional, confident presenceAbility to think quickly, solve problems, and support clients with professionalismCustomer service experience in spa, wellness, or hospitality environments is a plusComfortable with technology; MindBody experience helpfulAvailability for mornings, evenings and weekendsValues integrity, teamwork, accountability, and high‑quality client care Benefits/Compensation $16–$21/hr based on performance Performance bonus In-studio discounts on products and services Commission on wellness plan and gift card sales Complimentary monthly massage or facial Employee discounts on services and products 401(k) Additional performance‑based bonus opportunities ©2023 Elements Therapeutic Massage, LLC (“ETM”).
