Retail Sales Associate - Clackamas Promenade

About the role

We’re looking for a Brand Associate who can engage and connect with our customers, providing excellent service and education to build brand loyalty. You’ll collaborate with your team to deliver a best-in-class customer experience through an omni-channel approach.

Responsibilities

• Treat all customers and employees with respect and maintain a positive work environment.
• Promote loyalty by educating customers about our loyalty programs.
• Engage with customers to drive sales and service using suggestive selling techniques.
• Enhance customer experience using all omnichannel offerings.
• Support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, and back of house operations as needed.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work center.
• Handle customer interactions and returns courteously and professionally.
• Execute operational processes effectively and efficiently.

Requirements

• A good communicator with the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
• A customer-focused service provider both on and off the sales floor.
• Passionate about retail and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• A problem solver with a focus on continuous improvement, open to feedback, and willing to take action.
• Able to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts.
• Able to use retail technology and maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom, and office.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $15.00 - $18.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Schedule

This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling to meet the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts.
