Retail Sales Associate - Cashier

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service
• Process sales transactions
• Offer solutions for customer needs
• Work all scheduled shifts between Mon-Sat 7 am to 8 pm, and Sunday 9 am to 5 pm
• Be flexible in scheduling based on business needs

Qualifications

• Willingness to share credit, work in a team environment, and define success collectively
• Drive to be dependable and perform well against expectations
• Ability to work independently or in a group setting
• Committed to exceptional customer service
• Effective communication skills for engaging with individuals
• Able to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Fast-paced environment experience and attention to detail
• Cash handling and POS experience a plus
• Understanding of correct lifting and loading techniques

Physical Requirements

• Continuous lifting and carrying of 0-15 lbs.
• Frequent lifting and carrying of 15-30 lbs.
• Occasional lifting and carrying of 30-55 lbs.
• Team lift of items over 55 lbs.
• Spending 100% of work time on your feet
• Use of ladders, rolling staircases, and pallet jacks
