JOB DESCRIPTION: One of the fastest-growing telecommunications companies in the country is seeking a Retail Sales Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail sales, wireless sales, mobile sales, cable, internet, or customer service. This position involves working in retail stores to help residential customers connect to essential services such as fiber-powered Internet, Mobile, TV, and voice.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Product Knowledge: Engage customers, present telecommunications products and services, identify customer needs, recommend appropriate product or service packages, upsell and cross-sell, meet or exceed sales and commission goals, and explain products clearly to customers.
• Customer Experience: Provide a positive, professional, and solution-focused customer experience, build customer relationships, and maintain high customer satisfaction standards.
• Team & Organizational Success: Be reliable, punctual, work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays, stand for extended periods, lift up to 35 lbs, and support nearby store locations when needed.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail, wireless, mobile, cable, or telecommunications/sales experience.
• A high school diploma or GED.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs.
