Every week, we receive truckloads of overstock merchandise from major online retailers across America. Prices start at $10 on Fridays and drop daily until everything is just $0.25 on Thursdays before new inventory arrives. Our stores are high-energy, customer-focused environments where no two days are the same. We are passionate about teamwork, customer service, and creating a fun shopping experience for every customer who walks through our doors.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, professional, and helpful customer service
- Assist customers with questions, directions, and general store needs
- Stock merchandise and assist with product replenishment
- Support bin flips, staging, and sales floor organization
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store
- Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Communicate customer concerns or operational issues to store leadership
- Work collaboratively with team members and managers during busy periods
- Help maintain a safe, positive, and team-oriented work environment
- Perform general retail tasks as needed to support store operations
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented
- Ability to lift, move, and stock merchandise as needed
- Flexibility to perform a variety of tasks during each shift
- Retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required
