About the role

The Sales Associate plays a crucial role in the Wayfair Returns Outlet retail store, helping to connect customers with the vast selection of home goods available online. This position offers rapid growth opportunities, competitive benefits, and a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter the store
• Assist at the cash wrap as needed
• Participate in operational tasks such as receiving and replenishment
• Engage in a high-energy, focused, and dynamic work environment
• Support launch efforts with setup responsibilities like unloading trucks, moving boxes, building furniture, stocking shelves, and cleaning
• Follow all company policies and Wayfair standards

Requirements

• Customer service experience preferred, but open to entry-level candidates
• Passion for great customer service and a drive to exceed sales targets
• Strong organization, self-motivation, communication, and relationship management skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and changing environment
• Technical acumen to learn necessary software

Schedule

20 hours per week
Store Hours: Monday - Saturday: 10AM-8PM
Sunday: 10AM-7PM
