Retail Sales Associate

About the role

Responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and assisting with sales in the retail store. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work independently, and be enthusiastic about retail.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to provide excellent service and assist with product recommendations.
• Manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and restocking products as needed.
• Help maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Participate in regular training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer service orientation.
• Organized and detail-oriented.

Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of retail operations and procedures.
