Retail Sales Associate

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service
Help customers find outfits, gifts, and/or specific styles
Organize racks, merchandise clothing
Ring out customers and teach them how to sell to us
Help make content for Instagram and TikTok

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail, customer service, or sales experience preferred
• Reliable attendance, transportation, and flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs
• Basic computer and POS proficiency
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Customer-focused, dependable, and team-oriented with a professional attitude
• Able to accurately process sales, trades, and returns while following company policies and maintaining store presentation
• Knowledge of fashion brands and current trends is a plus
• Bilingual a plus
