About the role

Join the LEGO® Brand Retail team as a Sales Associate (Brick Specialist) at Hillsdale Shopping Centre in San Mateo, CA. This is a part-time position offering inspirational retail experiences to LEGO® fans of all ages.

Responsibilities

• Exceed guests’ expectations through fun and meaningful interactions
• Provide a clean, safe and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays, and delivering LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards
• Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom, assisting in the receiving of merchandise, maintaining the stockroom to LEGO® Brand Retail standards, adhering to safety regulations, and notifying management of potential shortage situations

Requirements

• Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours
• May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders
• Vision abilities include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
• Lifting at least 30 lbs
• Availability for up to 25 hours per week, including at least one weekend day

• Process information/merchandise through the register system
• Work various hours, days, nights, and weekends as business decides
• Fully understand and follow LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards

Pay

The hourly wage for the position has a range of $19.70 to $20.50 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of any benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.

Schedule

Availability must span at least three days and may include up to 25 hours per week, including at least one weekend day.
