About the role

Join the LEGO® Brand Retail team as a Sales Associate (Brick Specialist) at Alderwood Mall in Lynnwood, WA. This is a part-time position offering inspirational retail experiences to LEGO® fans of all ages.

Responsibilities

• Exceed guests’ expectations through fun and meaningful interactions
• Ensure a signature experience for every guest by greeting them and performing all cash register functions
• Maintain a clean, safe, and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties and adhering to LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards
• Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom, assisting in merchandise receiving, maintaining stockroom standards, and reporting any shortages

Requirements

• Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours
• May occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb ladders
• Close vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment needed
• Lifting capacity of at least 30 lbs
• Availability for up to 25 hours per week, including at least one weekend day

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of LEGO® products and brand values
• Experience in customer service or retail preferred

Pay

The hourly wage for the position ranges from $22.40 to $23.40, based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of any benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.

Schedule

Availability must span at least three days and may include up to 25 hours per week, including at least one weekend day.
