Responsibilities
- Performing bi-annual full inventory and inventory prep
- Preparing parts for storage and placing stock in proper location as needed or directed
- Supporting day-to-day operation of E-Commerce sales including stock order fulfillment, shipping (Drop off to USPS, FedEx or UPS)
- Maintaining merchandise levels for e-commerce by communicating merchandise/supply needs
- Loading and unloading trucks and moving raw material to proper location
- Reporting stock levels on sales floor to supervisor(s), stockroom
- Maintaining BOH functions, organizing overall stockroom, receiving shipment, logging all department transfers daily
- Executing projects that are given from supervisor
- Inspiring shipments for any damages or defects
- Transporting merchandise from the stockroom onto the sales floor according to store merchandise plans or from Retail Manager. May need to rearrange merchandise as needed to execute stocking plans and presentation standards
Requirements
- Lifting/Carrying: 1-20 lbs, frequent; 21-50 lbs, occasional; 41-50 lbs, minimum
- Agilities: Squat/kneel, frequent; walk/frequent; stand/frequent; crawl/frequent; push/pull/frequent; reach above/frequent; reach outward/frequent
- Physical Requirements: Occasional twist/frequent
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Fashion Merchandising or equivalent experience
- High School diploma
Skills
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills
- Able to prioritize and quick problem-solving skills
- Passion for the brand: Responsibility and Ownership, Interpersonal Skills, and Professional Attitude
- Communication skills; both verbal and written
- PREFERRED: Ability to speak 2nd language, Spanish or French
- Computer proficiency, preferable in Excel, Microsoft Word, Google, ResortSuite Retail
