About the role

As a Key Holder, also known as a “Floor Leader,” at Skechers, you’ll take on an essential Retail Leadership Role, contributing to store operations and mentoring your team to deliver exceptional customer service. In this entry-level management role, you’ll oversee daily operations, support sales goals, and help maintain the store's premium shopping environment.

What You Will Do

• Customer Service: Engage with customers to provide personalized advice on Skechers products, making sure each customer walks away with the perfect choice.
• Retail Sales Goals: Actively contribute to achieving store and individual sales goals.
• Store Operations: Keep the store looking its best by organizing displays, restocking shelves, and managing merchandise.
• Cashier Duties: Handle cashier responsibilities, accurately processing payments, and ensuring customers leave with a great final impression.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed on Skechers latest footwear, apparel, and accessories, sharing product details to improve the customer experience and boost sales.
• Team Collaboration: Work alongside other employees to create an inviting store environment that reflects the Skechers brand and meets company standards.
