As we continue our growth, we are looking for people who will provide a fun and unique guest experience by demonstrating and selling the hottest trending products in retail. You will maximize store sales by achieving and surpassing personal productivity goals while being part of an exciting and highly energetic team environment.
Responsibilities
- Bring high passion and energy while providing expert-level product knowledge
- Create a fun and interactive atmosphere, including storefront demos
- Drive sales through customer engagement, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge
- Achieve and maintain sales goals and key metrics
- Assist in daily store tasks such as merchandising, price changes, and stock management
Requirements
- High level of customer focus with clear and engaging communication skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Able to work independently and in group settings
- Flexible availability—including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Punctual and dependable
- Demonstration experience is an asset
