About the role
As the primary point of contact for customers in-store, you will deliver exceptional service and drive sales in a dynamic retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Perform product demonstrations and answer technical questions
- Recommend suitable tech products and services based on customer needs
- Process purchases, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge through ongoing training
- Keep the sales floor organized, stocked, and visually appealing
- Assist with in-store and curbside pickup orders
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 months of retail or related experience in a fast-paced, team environment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including holidays, nights, and weekends
