About the role

The Mobile Associate (MA) is a key member of a Retail Team, serving as a brand ambassador to create an engaging customer experience. They build relationships, assess customer needs, and demonstrate the latest technology, accessories, and services. The role involves providing personalized solutions, using digital tools to educate customers on coverage, plans, and innovations, and collaborating with team members to ensure seamless service.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in their shopping journey and demonstrate product features.
• Build loyalty through exceptional service, integrity, and compassion.
• Utilize digital platforms to inform customers about coverage, plans, and services.
• Complete training on in-store experience, systems, and new skills.
• Partner with team members to resolve issues and support store initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 6 months customer service and/or sales experience, retail preferred.
• Passionate about customer advocacy, with a competitive drive and ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. and at least 18 years old.
