Retail Sales Associate

Role Overview: Provide exceptional customer service within the store, ensuring adherence to brand values and service standards. Achieve or surpass sales, KPIs, and profitability targets through effective engagement. Handle sales transactions securely and efficiently, maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards, and manage merchandise processing and inventory. Assist in stock management and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and safety protocols. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including weekends and holidays, is required. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum of 1 year retail or related experience preferred. Strong team player with excellent communication skills and quick learning ability. Basic computer skills, familiarity with MS Office, and physical ability to walk, lift up to 30 pounds, and perform related tasks are essential.
