Retail Sales Associate

As our Retail Store Associate, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to provide a unique, immersive shopping experience, bringing our online presence into the real world. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment while maintaining an elevated standard of visual merchandising and store standards. The ideal candidate will be positive, high-energy, highly motivated, and possess a great sense of style. The goal is to excite customers with this new and exciting in-real-life (IRL) experience!

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail setting
• Maintain elevated visual merchandising and store standards
• Replenish sales floor inventory
• Unpack and prepare incoming merchandise for display

Requirements

• High school diploma required
• Prior experience in a retail environment is preferred but not mandatory
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
• Upbeat, high-energy demeanor with a passion for customer interaction and the brand
• Capability to lift and carry boxes or bins weighing up to 20 lbs
• Great sense of style
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends

Pay

$17 per hour
