Retail Sales Associate

Position Summary

As our Retail Store Associate, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to provide a unique, immersive shopping experience, bringing our online presence into the real world. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment while maintaining an elevated standard of visual merchandising and store standards. The retail store associate will also keep our sales floor replenished, and unpack and prepare merchandise as it arrives at our store to be merchandised.

Commercial And Education Requirements

• High school diploma required
• Prior experience in a retail environment is preferred but not mandatory
• Your passion for fashion and a knack for customer service are essential
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask are important
• An upbeat, high-energy demeanor is what we're looking for
• You must be able to lift and carry boxes or bins weighing up to 20 lbs
• A great sense of style is a must
• The ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, is required

Pay

Salary banding: $17/per hour
