We are seeking a part-time Sales Lead to support our growth in the United States. The role involves overseeing store operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities, and enhancing the customer experience.

• Experience in supervising teams
• High ethical standards and integrity
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficiency in using data and metrics to drive improvements
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Age 18 or older

Physical Requirements

• Regular lifting and carrying of merchandise and supplies up to 50 lbs
• Standing and walking for extended periods
• Bending, kneeling, reaching, and climbing ladders or step stools safely
• Performing repetitive tasks such as unpacking boxes, tagging items, and stocking shelves
• Working in a fast-paced environment
• Working in varying temperature conditions

Responsibilities

• Serve as the leader on duty when Store Manager or Assistant Manager is not present
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment
• Ensure store operations meet company standards and reflect brand image and values
• Support marketing events and RoboShop business as needed
• Drive sales performance and meet key performance indicators
• Execute visual merchandising and inventory management tasks
