About the role
Join our team at University Village Nespresso as a Boutique Coffee Specialist/Sales Associate. This role requires full weekend availability and flexible weekday availability.
Responsibilities
- Brand Advocate: Share Nespresso's mission and values in sustainability and recycling.
- Customer Obsessed: Provide exceptional hospitality and work with people.
- Greet and Engage: Create memorable experiences for customers.
- Listen and Learn: Understand customer needs and recommend personalized coffee and machine solutions.
- Product Knowledge and Promotions: Offer complimentary coffee tastings and display product knowledge.
- Team Collaboration and Respect: Support and collaborate with team members to create a cohesive work environment.
- Operations and Safety: Maintain the boutique environment, assist with shipments, arrange displays, keep the coffee wall stocked, and ensure cleanliness.
- Training and Learning: Participate in a training period to set you up for success.
Requirements
- You are inherently a people person and thrive in a customer service environment.
- You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, thinking on your feet, and adapting to change.
- You are punctual and available to work open and closing shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- You have patience for day-to-day challenges and are resourceful in troubleshooting on the spot.

Pay
The approximate hourly pay for this position is $21.30. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
Schedule
This is a part-time position requiring full weekend availability and flexible weekday availability.
