Responsibilities

• Greet customers with warmth, make eye contact, and create friendly, personal conversations to build lasting relationships.
• Maintain a shoppable space by recovering the floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, and supporting merchandise moves.
• Review daily sales goals, learn about new arrivals and top-selling items, and stay current on trends and promotions.
• Achieve sales targets through customer engagement and smart selling behaviors.
• Share Loyalty program benefits, ensure customers have everything they need, and end each interaction with a sincere thank-you.
• Support a clean, organized, and inviting shopping space so every customer feels welcome.
• Collaborate with teammates with honesty, care, and collaboration to better serve customers and communities.
• Strive to improve every day, take pride in work, and learn from others to deliver individual and store results.

Essential Physical Requirements

• Talking, lifting, constant moving, standing, and reaching with arms and hands.
• Standing for at least two consecutive hours; lifting at least 25 lbs; stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders, and reaching, including above eye level.
• Requires close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
