Retail Sales Associate

Role: Sleep Guide at a retail showroom, responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by providing expert knowledge of mattresses and sleep products. Key Responsibilities Engage with customers and team members in person, demonstrating product benefits and addressing inquiries.Maintain regular attendance and availability for weekends and holidays.Assist customers in selecting suitable sleep solutions, troubleshooting issues, and building relationships.Become knowledgeable about products to confidently support customer decisions. Qualifications & Skills Preferred 1-2 years retail sales or customer service experience; training available for the right candidate.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Comfortable using computers and multiple platforms.Positive attitude and passion for customer service.
