We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate / Retail Customer Service Team Member to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers
- Process sales and loans
- Perform opening and closing duties
- Help customers with pawn items such as jewelry, electronics, and tools
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Pass a background check and drug test
- Retail or customer service experience
- Ability to multitask and work independently or in a team
Qualifications
- Self-motivated and outgoing with excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of pawned items is a plus
- Bilingual skills and sales experience are advantageous
