Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
- Lead department, mentor colleagues, and promote product knowledge
- Maintain store appearance through stocking and housekeeping
- Perform miscellaneous duties and cross-train for other roles
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Preferred retail experience
- Superior customer service and communication skills
- Professional demeanor and work ethic
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including evenings and weekends
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted and 50 lbs with assistance, standing, stooping, crawling, and bending
Pay
Competitive base pay with uncapped commissions, estimated between $30,000 - $60,000+ annually.
