Retail Sales Associate
Job Description
tarte cosmetics is seeking experienced retail sales associates for part-time opportunities in select geographic markets.
Requirements
- Passion for tarte products
- Retail sales experience, with expertise in Sephora and/or Ulta environments
- Strong relationship-building and verbal communication skills
- Enthusiasm for customer service with the ability to confidently engage and assist customers
- Merchandising and planogram experience
- Competitive spirit with a drive to achieve sales goals (SPH target: $200/hour)
- Availability during peak retail hours, including weekends and some evenings
- Own a smartphone and have a working knowledge of apps and social media
