Retail Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge all guests entering the store, always providing service excellence.
• Actively engage guests in product-oriented conversations, answer questions, and make product recommendations to support sales goals.
• Operate the point-of-sale and accurately process purchases at the register, following all cash handling procedures.
• Support replenishment efforts by stocking and retrieving merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor.
• Maintain the appearance of the sales floor through stocking, straightening, and ensuring accurate signage.
• Routinely clean the sales floor, including counters and fixtures.
• Auxiliary in visual merchandising and displays as directed.
• Participate in loss prevention efforts and alert leadership to low inventory levels or discrepancies.
• Observe scheduled shifts, maintain punctuality and follow all attendance and appearance policies.
• Auxiliary in annual physical inventory.
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as required or assigned.

Requirements

• High School degree required
• 1 year retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience
• Proven ability to operate a cash register and count back change
