Retail Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide a great experience for our customers.
• Handle various sales transactions.
• Encourage customers to participate in company programs.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Eligible to participate in a limited medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, and short-term disability.
• Able to enroll in the company’s 401k plan.
• Accrue paid time off up to 152 hours per year (inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays).
• Paid sick time up to 64 hours per year unless otherwise required by law.
• Schedules during operating hours of 6am - 10pm.

Pay

The anticipated rate for this position is $16.75 per hour depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience.

Schedule

Associates can accrue paid time off up to 152 hours per year (inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays).
