Retail Sales Associate

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Knowledge of basic math skills
• Customer service experience
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure
• Some positions may require forklift certifications

Essential Job Functions

• Connect with customers, ask about their projects, recommend products, and excite customers about their purchases
• Provide above and beyond customer service and exceed customer expectations
• Maintain the in-stock condition of assigned areas and ensure they are clean, shoppable, and safe
• Work in cooperation with management and team members to achieve sales goals
• Process customers at checkout using POS system
• Process customer refunds and exchanges according to established guidelines
• Create price tags and merchandise signs
• Stock, tag, and display merchandise
• Work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy

Physical/Sensory Requirements

• Ability to exert 30 – 60 pounds of force occasionally, and or 20-30 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 20 pounds of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects
• Frequent use of hands and fingers to handle or feel
• Frequent standing, walking, reaching with arms and hands, climbing or balancing, and stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling

Store Hours

• Monday - Friday: 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Sunday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Pickup Hours

• Monday - Friday: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Sunday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Pay

$17.00 - $20.60
