- Recommend gear and products tailored to customers' needs, helping them cross their next finish line.
- Go above and beyond to take care of customers and communities.
- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with customers, vendors, and peers by listening to needs and providing personalized solutions.
- Outfit customers with everything they need to get started or persevere.
- Deliver the best customer experience for every individual who walks through the door.
- Support all Fleet Feet initiatives, activities, and functions.
Qualifications
- Available to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Experience in a customer-facing sales environment preferred.
