About the Role

Retail Sales Associates provide an exceptional customer shopping experience by greeting our guests and keeping our stores in-stock, clean, and organized. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will support the manager in day-to-day operations. You will be cross-trained in all areas of the store, gaining valuable operations experience. We operate 1500+ sites across the United States, offering growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests with a warm welcome and a smile to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Operate the cash register efficiently.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment where no two days are alike.
• Brew coffee, stock shelves, coolers, and freezers.
• Maintain store cleanliness and impeccable standards as part of a team.
• Contribute to delivering the best experience to guests by participating in all aspects of the job.

Requirements

• Comfortable talking and interacting with guests and team members.
• High energy and ability to move quickly between tasks.
• Team-oriented; willing to put in extra effort to help others.
• Computer skills are helpful.
• Ability to stand/walk for 8 hours a day; reach overhead, bend, squat, twist, reach, grasp, and grip.
• Ability to maneuver and regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
• Work in cooler environments (cold temperatures).

Pay

In the spirit of pay transparency, we’re sharing the base salary range for this position. Final pay within this range will be based on your skills, experience, and qualifications. Base pay represents just one part of our total rewards approach.

Schedule

• Available as part-time (up to 29 hours) or full-time (30-40 hours).
• Variety of hours, day and night, as locations can be open 24 hours depending on the store.
• Weekend and holiday hours are required.
• Travel: 5%. May be asked to work in other nearby stores occasionally.
