Retail Sales Associate
About the role
Basin is a small, but rapidly growing, retail company with two stores in Florida, over 300 partnership locations, and an e-commerce site. Our goal is to provide our customers with an innovative and exciting bath and body retail experience. Basin is committed to providing ethical products to its customers and is opposed to animal testing and harmful chemicals (such as parabens, mineral oil, etc).
Responsibilities
- Interacting with customers through product demonstrations and consultations.
- Learning Basin product knowledge.
- Maintaining the store inventory and cleanliness.
- Preparing products for final display.
- Aiding customers during the checkout process.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a desire to learn about bath and body products. No previous experience is necessary as full training will be provided.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent is required. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
Skills
Excellent communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a strong interest in bath and body products are required.
