Responsibilities

• Proactively reach out to potential customers
• Assist walk-in customers
• Maintain a strong retail presence at the assigned store
• Drive sales and customer engagement across the region

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to engage customers, build relationships, and drive sales
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to outbound calling and lead generation
• Familiarity with heavy equipment, construction products, or related industries (plus)
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (plus)
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to function well in a high volume and fast-paced environment
• Excellent driving record
• Able to travel and work hours required by job and customer demand

Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred, ideally in a retail or equipment-related industry
• College degree in related field, preferred

Pay

This is a sales role that includes a base salary along with monthly commissions. Commission rates vary based on the type of product or commodity sold or rented, with specific percentages depending on the product category.

Schedule

Actual base pay may vary based on experience, skills, qualifications, education, geographic location, and other relevant business considerations. In addition to base pay, the compensation package may include participation in performance-based incentive programs (e.g., discretionary or non-discretionary plans), as well as overtime eligibility depending on the role.
