Bonobos, launched online in 2007 with its signature line of chinos, now offers a variety of styles available to order online and to try on at any of our 50 Guideshop locations. Our Guideshops deliver one-on-one service and expert fit advice in a unique retail setting.

About the Role

Bonobos is seeking a Guide (Retail Sales Associate) for our Santana Row Guideshop. A Guide is customer-obsessed, fit-focused, incentive-driven, and a sales powerhouse. You’ll deliver exceptional customer experiences in a one-on-one, appointment-based setting that complements our web-based store. Our product assortment includes a full wardrobe of better-fitting men’s clothing for every occasion.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and maximize personal sales results.
• Cultivate an environment of genuine customer connection where all customers feel welcome, heard, and valued.
• Generate leads for current and future Bonobos business.
• Consistently achieve personal sales goals.
• Work a flexible schedule according to business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of sales or relevant experience.
• Knowledge of men’s fashion, fabrics, styles, and fit.

Preferred Skills

• Collaborative and driven by relationship building.
• Self-starter with strong self-awareness, intellectual honesty, judgment, empathy, and positive energy.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Pay

Actual compensation offered is dependent upon factors including work location, education, relevant skills, and experience. Pay range: $19.00 - $28.00 per hour.
