About the Role

Bonobos is seeking a Guide (Retail Sales Associate) for our Cobble Hill Guideshop. A Guide is customer-obsessed, fit-focused, incentive-driven, and a sales powerhouse. You’ll deliver exceptional customer experiences in a one-on-one, appointment-based setting while achieving personal sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and maximize personal sales results.
• Cultivate an environment of genuine customer connection where all customers feel welcome, heard, and valued.
• Generate leads for current and future Bonobos business.
• Consistently achieve personal sales goals.
• Work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of sales or relevant experience.
• Knowledge of men’s fashion, fabrics, styles, and fit.

Preferred Skills

• Collaborative and driven by relationship-building.
• Self-starter with strong self-awareness, intellectual honesty, judgment, empathy, and positive energy.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Pay

Pay Range: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour. Actual compensation depends on factors such as work location, education, relevant skills, and experience.
