Responsibilities
- Help customers bring their home design dreams to life
- Deliver world-class service in a low-pressure, gimmick-free atmosphere
- Work in a dynamic, energetic, and customer-focused environment
- Engage with customers through active listening and consultative selling
- Build relationships with clients and follow up on their needs
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals
- Adapt to a flexible retail schedule and high-energy environments
- Use digital tools and point-of-sale systems effectively
- Manage time efficiently and maintain organizational skills
- Solve problems and set personal and team goals
Requirements
- Energetic and self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- At least 18 years old to be considered for employment with Bob’s
- Able to stand for long periods and move throughout the showroom
- Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs as needed

Pay
Not Including Potential Commissions, Incentive, Bonus, etc. Opportunities: Pay: $15 hourly advance vs. commission, with uncapped earning potential and estimated annual earnings between $45,000–$75,000
