Responsibilities

• Help customers bring their home design dreams to life
• Deliver world-class service in a low-pressure, gimmick-free atmosphere
• Work in a dynamic, energetic, and customer-focused environment
• Engage with customers through active listening and consultative selling
• Build relationships with clients and follow up on their needs
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals
• Adapt to a flexible retail schedule and high-energy environments
• Use digital tools and point-of-sale systems effectively
• Manage time efficiently and maintain organizational skills
• Solve problems and set personal and team goals

Requirements

• Energetic and self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• At least 18 years old to be considered for employment with Bob’s
• Able to stand for long periods and move throughout the showroom
• Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs as needed

Pay

Not Including Potential Commissions, Incentive, Bonus, etc. Opportunities: Pay: $15 hourly advance vs. commission, with uncapped earning potential and estimated annual earnings between $45,000–$75,000
