Bob's Discount Furniture is seeking Retail Sales Associate - Guest Experience Specialists to join a supportive, fun, and team-oriented environment. Pay

Hourly advance with uncapped commissions. Expected first-year earnings typically range from $45,000 - $65,000 annually.

Minimum Qualifications

• Energetic and self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule

Physical Demands

• Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout the showroom
• Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs as needed
