Responsibilities

• Transform store guests into loyal customers by guiding them through the shopping experience.
• Create inspiration, enthusiasm, and excitement about Ashley’s products, helping guests discover styles that reflect their lives.
• Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters, ensuring thorough documentation of sales transactions.
• Address customer concerns independently whenever possible, providing solutions that enhance the shopping experience.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation and completing daily checklists.
• Support inventory management and loss prevention procedures, participating in bi-annual inventory checks.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, aligning with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and performance standards.
• Complete any additional tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 IBS with or without accommodation.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• One year of customer service and/or sales experience, preferred.
