Responsibilities

• Transform store guests into loyal customers by guiding them and creating inspiration, enthusiasm, and excitement about Ashley’s products.
• Create a welcoming, professional, visible presence at the front desk, engaging with guests and ensuring they are treated respectfully.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters as required, maintaining thorough documentation of sales transactions.
• Address customer concerns independently whenever possible.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation and completing daily checklists.
• Support inventory management and loss prevention procedures, participating in bi-annual inventory checks.
• Maintain sales goals, aligning with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and performance standards.
• Complete any additional tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 IBS with or without accommodation.
• A high school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• One year of customer service and/or sales experience, preferred.
