Hourly Pay: $14.73 to $18.84. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law. Monthly Incentive Opportunity: Average $162 – $389 in bonus earnings per month based on individual performance.
Schedule
- Monday to Friday, 8AM to 6PM, and Saturday, 8AM to 5PM
- 37.5 Hour Work Week
- No late nights or Sundays

Responsibilities
- Consistently promote and recommend AAA memberships, insurance referrals, and financial products
- Assist customers with travel planning including hotels, car rentals, and vacation packages
- Manage and respond to Roadside Assistance calls continuously throughout the day
- Contribute to team operations by helping with cashiering, tag and title services, and ID services as needed

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication skills - you can build trust and explain value clearly
- Comfortable navigating multiple systems in a fast-paced environment
- Previous sales experience is a plus
- Basic geography knowledge is a plus
- Notary Public designation or willingness to obtain within 6 months of employment
- Satisfactory pre-employment and post-employment screening results including criminal, drug, and state and/or vendor specific screenings
- Ability to obtain necessary Membership license (or others) as required to perform the essential functions of the position
