About the role
Work That Rewards You, In More Ways Than One Hourly Pay: $16.37 – $20.93. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law.
Monthly Incentive Opportunity: Average $162 – $389 in bonus earnings per month based on individual performance.
Schedule You’ll Love: Monday, 9AM to 6PM; Tuesday to Friday, 9AM to 5PM; and Saturday, 9AM to 12PM; 37.5 Hour Work Week. No late nights. No Sundays!
Work-Life Balance: Up to 3 weeks PTO accrued in your first year!
What You’ll Do
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play an important role in delivering value to AAA members while supporting overall sales performance:
- Consistently promote and recommend AAA memberships, insurance referrals, and financial products
- Aid customers with travel planning including hotels, car rentals, and vacation packages
- Manage and respond to RACC calls continuously throughout the day
- Contribute to team operations by helping with cashiering, tag and title services, and ID services as needed

What Makes You a Great Fit
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication skills - you can build trust and explain value clearly
- Comfortable navigating multiple systems in a fast-paced environment
- Previous sales experience is a plus
- Basic geography knowledge is a plus
- Notary Public designation or willingness to obtain with 6 months of employment
Required Qualifications
- Satisfactory pre-employment and post-employment screening results including criminal, drug, and state and/or vendor specific screenings
- This may include the ability to obtain necessary Membership license (or others) as required to perform the essential functions of the position
