Work That Rewards You, In More Ways Than One Hourly Pay: $15.54 to $19.88/hourly. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law.
Monthly Incentive Opportunity
- Average $162 – $389 in bonus earnings per month based on individual performance.
Schedule
You’ll Love: Monday to Friday, 9AM to 6PM, and Saturday, 9AM to 2PM; 37.5 Hour Work Week No late nights. No Sundays!

What You’ll Do
As a Retail Sales Associate You will play an important role in delivering value to AAA members while supporting overall sales performance:
- Consistently promote and recommend AAA memberships, insurance referrals, and financial products
- Assist customers with travel planning including hotels, car rentals, and vacation packages
- Manage and respond to Roadside Assistance calls continuously throughout the day
- Contribute to team operations by helping with cashiering, tag and title services, and ID services as needed

What Makes You a Great Fit
- A high school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication skills - you can build trust and explain value clearly
- Comfortable navigating multiple systems in a fast-paced environment
- Previous sales experience is a plus
- Basic geography knowledge is a plus
- Notary Public designation or willingness to obtain with 6 months of employment
