Retail Sales Assistant - Rutherford
About the role
We are looking for brand ambassadors who are customer-centric, effervescent and adaptable, with a passion for ensuring our customers receive an outstanding in-store experience each and every time they visit. This is a Casual Retail Sales Assistant role at our Rutherford store, offering flexibility to work all weekdays, Thursdays (day and evening shifts), and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Assist with stock receival, ensuring products are unpacked in a timely manner and allocated appropriately to either refill the floor or restock the storeroom
- Show commitment to every customer and make a conscious effort to improve their in-store experience
- Use consultative selling techniques to find the right products for our customers
- Multitask and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced retail environment
Requirements
- Experience working in a customer-centric retail environment with proven exposure to customer service
- Highly personable and confident individual with an outstanding ability to develop interpersonal relationships with customers and colleagues
- Great listening and problem-solving skills
- Highly creative with a keen eye for detail
