Salary: $34.00 - $48.00 per hour. Casual position located at Fountain Gate.

Join our team as a Retail Sales Assistant at our new Fountain Gate store—our 81st location! Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in a retail environment.
• Assist with stock receival, ensuring products are unpacked promptly and allocated to refill the floor or restock the storeroom.
• Commit to every customer, improving their in-store experience.
• Use consultative selling techniques to find the right products for customers.
• Multitask and adapt to changing priorities.

Requirements

• Experience in a customer-centric retail environment with proven customer service skills.
• Highly personable and confident, with the ability to build strong interpersonal relationships.
• Creative with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
